Booking is always required.
One class is allowed for each time slot.
Send an email to [email protected] to check availabilities and to book a visit for any date and don’t forget to write how many people you want to book for.
Due to the religious services that take place daily inside the Duomo, availability in the morning is always limited, therefore, if you are interested in making the visit during the morning, please book as early as possible.
In the month preceding your visit you will receive a confirmation form by email, to be returned to us filled out and signed at least 20 working days before the date of your visit.
On the form you will find timetable, costs and modalities of visit.
Any missed sending will result in a cancellation of the booking.
A copy of this form must be shown at the Ticket Office on the day of your visit.
We invite you to strictly follow the instructions on the booking form and the Regulation.
You can also require a GUIDE SERVICE for Museum and Duomo.
The service is external and available in various foreign languages. We will put you in touch with qualified tour guides to get a quote and define the details of your request.
For more information, please contact our Booking Office ([email protected]).

The Duomo and the Museum are located in a restricted traffic area.
Tourist buses can go to largo XXV Aprile, to the area dedicated to loading and unloading for tourist buses, which is about 300 mt. from the Museum.
Please note: In Piazza Trento e Trieste there is a market on Thursdays, so reaching Largo XXV Aprile can be difficult.
The bus must then move to the parking “Parco di Monza” or to the parking area in Piazza Citterio while waiting to come back to pick up the tourists at the end of their visit.
